Rose Fancher, the owner of Paizleys Salon and Spa, is known for her charm, wonderful talent and dedicated work ethic. Combining highly refined technique with exceptional artistry, Rose has developed a loyal following and is highly regarded as a stylist by both clients and colleagues alike. She takes genuine care in making each client look their absolute best.

Hair Stylist

Nancy is an artist in the hair industry. She has over 20 years of experience and has more enthusiasm now than she did when she started. She listens to what her clients are looking for, is sensitive to their needs and--after asking the appropriate questions--makes sure each client's look is customized to his or her lifestyle. Nancy's uplifting and positive personality make each person's hair experience very enjoyable. She enjoys sharing with her clients what she has learned at the classes and seminars she attends regularly.

Milana Dodsworth
Licensed Esthetician

Milana received her esthetician license in 1990 and has spent the majority of her career at the Institute de Beaute in Los Gatos. She excels at defining a client's specific skin type, subscribing customized facial treatments and anticipating future needs. By administering meticulous salon treatments and prescribing well-defined home regimens, Milana helps each client achieve dramatic results in producing healthy, beautiful skin.

Milana offers facials, face and body waxing, lash and brow tinting and Sothy's skin care products from France.

Hair Stylist

Maria Hernandez is an acomplished hair stylist, having worked in the industry for over thirty years. During her career, Maria has worked on numerous fashion shows, stage plays, and photo shoots. She is creative, imaginative, and inventive and has a professional, friendly and caring demeanor. She has a supreme ability to visualize and advise the appropriate look for each individual.

For Michelle McCoy, every head of hair is a puzzle. Solving the puzzle, shaping a client's hair and creating the most complimentary style is an exciting and enjoyable challenge that she welcomes everyday. Through twenty years of experience, Michelle has learned to ask the right questions and apply just the right style and technique for each client's unique needs.

Ann Phan
Manicurist

In an industry that is taking heavy criticism for improper sanitation of spa equipment and implements, our manicurist Ann has been focused on sanitation since the beginning of her career. While other manicurists neglect to properly cleanse instruments to quickly service other customers, Ann, on the other hand, would never compromise her clients care for quantity. Every client serviced is given the latest in non reusable implements ensuring a bacteria-free service and peace of mind. Ann attends State board of Consumer Affair seminars to stay current with rules and regulations. Sanitation is her focus but ultimately it will be her warmth and her soothing touch that will pamper and indulge your tired hands and feet.

Jaime Moran
Massage Therapist

Jamie has a passion for her work that shows through. The happily married mother of four says she has been blessed to have the support of her family in her career and education. Jaime is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy and an AMTA member. She is a highly accomplished therapist, with over 700 hours of training and the skills to perform 12 different types of massage. Jaime is a healer who wants to build relationships with her clients and believes that with every great intention is a great outcome.

Alice was born and raised in San Francisco but lucky for us that she moved down the Peninsula. Beautiful and voluminous layered styles are her favorite, but she enjoys creating looks of all kinds. She is passionate about ongoing education and has received advanced training from Vidal Sassoon, Rusk, and Redken as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University. Alice loves the gratification she feels when providing clients with service that they enjoy and a style that they love.
